Life in Las Vegas as a bodyguard and the lover to the city's most exciting Dom is about to become even wilder...
Ethan has moved to Las Vegas to become the lover of Maxmillian Poole, and although things sizzle between them in the bedroom Ethan is frustrated by his lack of employment. How can he be an equal partner if he doesn't hold a job? When a reputed mob boss forces Maxmillian to hire Ethan as a bodyguard at the Elite Poole, Ethan is therefore thrilled. But having Ethan work for him strains Max's ability to separate business from pleasure. Max can't keep his hands off Ethan even though it may end up hurting them both, especially when the Mafia becomes involved.

Limited Liability Sin City 2 edition by Tricia Owens Romance eBooks
The first book had me loving Max and Ethan right from the start. Once I realized the series was about their adventures I was eager to get the 2nd book. Some of the reviewers seemed disappointed so I was careful when reading the second book and here's what I came up with...PRO
- The main characters are likeable and the sexual tension and interaction between the two is heated (sexy) while being entertaining.
- The writing it direct and clean. Because the story isn't super long it flows nicely.
- Having visited Vegas several times the depiction is well written and grounds the characters nicely. (People in LV have normal lives outside of gambling & clubs).
- Don't feel sad for Ethan. He's a grown man and SUB. How he chooses to submit to his master is part of his character. Just because he's a bombshell doesn't mean his weakness is a bad thing. I'm hoping the author continues to let us see more sides to him.
CON
- Max sounded like an UBER DOM which I really liked in the first book. I was a bit disappointed in how he fell apart after what happened to Ethan. We know he won't equate love with the desire he feels for the boy but the author showing him so shaken kind of defeats the setup from book one. He can't have balls of steel for business and let himself fall apart so easily for private reasons.
- The lack of communication between the two is a bit annoying. I guess the author wants us to spend a lot of time in the characters heads.
I hope the characters evolve and their relationship deepens. We all hope the hot sex & BDSM stuff continues too. I think the story was worth what I paid and I will continue with the series.

Limited Liability Sin City 2 edition by Tricia Owens Romance eBooks Reviews
This is the second book in the series I have read and I am hooked. The characters are actualized, the storyline engrossing, and the book, while erotic fiction about s&m no less, tells a story well beyond that. Excited to see how the characters continue to develop.
As always, I love Tricia Owens' books!! I can't get enough of Ethan and Max! Keep em coming!!
Her serit's continues with Max and Ethan. This story is just as hot as the first. I highly recommend this series to readers 21 and older. I can'tell stop buying and reading one after the other.
Liked the book, it was a great . Good continuation. Sexy scenes very descriptive. Hot hot hot! Well written. Keep me wanting to read more!
I love this series and book 2 was just as amazing as book 1. well written with wonderful characters. M/M BDSM romance that will keep you turning the pages!
Though the beginning of the book confuses me on even approximately how long Ethan's been with Max, the story moves along at a decent pace. Until it turns heart-stopping. Then, it finally settles down toward the end.
Book 2 wasn't quite as strong as Book 1 (which I absolutely loved), but this was a well-crafted, well-written, well-plotted story. In very different ways I like both of the main characters. I love Ethan, who is a very complicated man, despite the surface appearance he projects. Max is the Dom to end all doms, not only in the bedroom but in his business dealings as well. I love the interplay these two have with the other characters in each of these books. I've read Books 1, 2, 3 and part of 4 and I've purchased all 10 books in the series and look forward to continuing to work my way through them.
